Week 3 Day 3 Bench Press

OK listen up I got something to say, just crushed my heaviest bench press in quite sometime. I had my sling shot on but well ok it still counted kinda sorta..I had my super hot spotter along for the ride, she can vouch for me.
So I had two heavy workouts with a day off leading into this one and I was roasted by the end of this workout. It's amazing the difference between doing 5 sets of 1 rep at the programmed weight for each set or increasing the weight for each set. Total game changer on the CNS. I have a plan going forward but I still have to survive the workout tomorrow. The plan is simple because I stick to the KISS principle. On the first week 3 I will pick two days to hit with ascending weight and the other two stay linear. Next week 3 hit the other two days ascending and the other two stay linear. Tomorrow the weight will stay linear and for deadlift only 3 heavy sets period.
Onto the actual workout today, my heavy sets started at the programmed weight of 315 lbs and I added 10 lbs each set topping out at 345 lbs and backing off to 315 for my last set. All the heavy sets  went with CAT style so no pauses at the bottom, just all out beast mode and exploding the weight UP. With the sling shot on I hit 355, 365 and 375 lbs, all of them CAT style and feeling gtg. 
Upper back was next and it was a challenge as my energy was going south quickly. After back I should have thrown in the towel and came back later in the day or save them for tomorrow. It was pitiful and I called it after 3 sets. I'll hit them some more tomorrow after deadlifts that should go amazingly WELL....

Bench Press bar x 10 2 sets, 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 225 x 5, 275 x 3, 315 x 1, 325 x 1, 335 x 1, 345 x 1, 315 x 1
Bench Press with Sling Shot 355 x 1, 365 x 1, 375 x 1
Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns 4 sets
Seated Medium Grip Rows 3 sets
EZ bar curls SS Dips SS Pushups
