Week 6 Day 4 Squatting in style

Got myself my first ever set of weightlifting shoes yesterday. When I seen they came in camo game over. Did my first squat session with them and they will take a little getting used to, but a big improvement over squatting with running shoes on!! 
The end of week 6 and overall it went well. No pushing for PR's or AMRAP sets for the 3 main lifts this week but the weights were still heavy enough to leave a mark. Bench press has been changed up, similar to a boring but big 5 x 3 program. So far this is producing very good results. After each one of these bench workouts I will decide what comes next, based on how it went and how I feel. 
Squats today felt heavy but I managed to push myself thru the workout. The worst was front squats on the smith machine, supersetted with walking DB lunges. My legs were saying nasty things to me...
Ended it with the air dyne...

Squats warm up bar x 10, 95 x 10, 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 225 x 5
work sets 275 x 5, 295 x 5, 315 x 5
Front squat with smith machine supersetted with walking DB lunges
135 x 10, 185 x 10, 205 x 10
30 x 10, 50 x 10, 40 x 10
Hyperextensions with curl up 4 sets
Ab wheel 3 sets of 5 reps
