Week 6 Day 2 Deadlifts conventional style

Last workout before Christmas and it just happened to be deadlifts. Changed it up for this deadlift workout by doing all conventional style deadlifts with a over under grip and no wrist wraps. Today was a programmed lighter day so it fit in perfectly for the conventional style. I do feel these more on my lower back, hence why I pull mainly sumo. But it's good to change it up once in a while and stress the body in slightly different ways.
For all my lighter DL sets I supersetted them with hex bar weighted walks. Basically pick the bar up and walk, it works the forearms, traps, core and many others. Great basic exercise.
Next up was squats which I supersetted with hyperextensions with leg curl and single leg kettle bell SLDL. One day off and back at it boxing day.

Conventional DL's warm up 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 225 x 5, 275 x 5, 315 x 5
work sets 365 x 5, 385 x 5, 405 x 5
supersetted with hex bar weighted walks 135, 185, 235 x 3 sets
Squats warm up bar x 10, 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 225 x 5
work sets 265 x 5 3 sets
supersetted with hyperextensions with leg curls and single leg kettle bell SLDL
