Almost done the deload one more workout to go. It was a blistering pace workout, as time was limited today but I got it done.
Once the bench press was done it felt like I just finished warming up, but it was enough to grease the groove. I turned the heat up slightly for the incline DB work increasing the weight each set and supersetting it with wide grip pullups. Pull ups where full range of motion pause at the bottom, explode up, lowered slow.
Spanked my tri's with some more DB work and then a quick 4 mins on the death machine aka air dyne bike.

work sets 185 x 5, 225 x 5, 235 x 5
Incline DB Presses 35 x 10, 60 x 10, 70 x 10, 80 x 10 supersetted with wide grip pullups
BW x 3, BW x 8, BW x 8, BW x 8
Flat Bench Lying DB Tricep Extensions 30 x 10, 40 x 10, 40 x 8, 35 x 8
Death machine 4 mins
