On the deload week and the weights are down. It's a workout to really focus on setup, technique and work that hook grip over. All my work sets where done with a hook grip so my thumbs feel flatter after finishing this one :).
I used my hex bar today for weighted walks done right after my deadlift set. My squats where light and focused on setup, technique and exploding out of the hole. With a lighter weight you can feel the difference much better.
Lift that heavy shit gym rats!!
Day 2
Sumo deadlift warm up bar x 20 2 sets, 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 225 x 5
work sets 275 x 5, 315 x 5, 365 x 5 supersetted with
Hex bar weighted walks 135, 185 for 3 sets
Squats warm ups bar x 10, 95 x 10, 135 x 10
work sets 185 x 10 3 sets
Hyperextensions with curls ups BW x 10 3 sets
