Week 3 Day 2 Sumo Deadlifts

Made a mistake on the training schedule for this week on my last blog post. For all my main lifts its 5/3/1+ AMRAP plus 1 set for 1 rep at my training max weight.
It was sumo deadlifts today and it took awhile for my body and nervous system to wake up and energize myself. My last two sets where my best. Lots of warm up today and I took video from the side view only to gauge my form and see if anything is breaking down on my lift. Did my last training max pull with the hook grip again no knurling on the bar just bare steel and chalk. Felt like my thumbs stretched a little but the grip held nice! Set a new PR on my 3rd work set ripping off 6 reps with 440 on the bar. I'm at a calculated 530 lbs single now.
The gym managers husband came in just after finishing my deadlifts so we got to talking and 30 mins later....so much for the rest of my workout. Oh well shit happens cannot be a social retard all the time :). Either later today or tomorrow to finish the rest.

Sumo deadlifts warm ups bar x 20 2 sets, 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 225 x 5, 315 x 5, 365 x 3
work sets 395 x 5, 415 x 3, 440 x 6 new PR, 465 x 1
