Week 3 Day 2 Part 2
Went back today and finished off the rest of my workout. Felt better than trying to do it after deadlifting :). Walked to the gym as part of my warm up and the squatting felt good. Filmed from the side all my work sets to check on form. Depth, back positioning, bar path of travel, head positioning, elbow positioning and they said squatting was EASY stuff....I'm trying hard to keep my lower back healthy so it's critical I analyze my form and fix shit before it FIXES me. The squat has always been my weakest lift and this will not change. I managed to register for the powerlifting meet last night, 95 positions for the 3 lift meet and they sold out in 26 mins....I was ready to go online right at the stroke of opening time for registration. Awesome to see how popular powerlifting is in the province of BC!! The date is set Feb 10 2018 I lift some heavy shit :). Part two Squats warm up bar x 10 2 sets, 95 x 10, 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 225 x 5 work sets 245 x 5 5 sets Hyperextensions with curl ups BW x 10, BW +15 x 10, BW +25 x 10, BW +25 x 10 Leg curls 4 sets
