The end of week 11 is here and essentially this training block is complete. Almost to the top..Next week is a deload style week leading up to the competition on Feb 10. The deload will be almost a repeat of this week except the weights will be lighter. I've seen some programs where they still lift heavy very close to competition, maybe that works for some but I could only see myself doing that if the training block was very short.
I again got to the gym earlier than normal so my strength I would say is not at it's best but I was not going for max effort today anyways. My top set was a single at 365 lbs which moved pretty good except for my creaky knees. This was a planned weight I wanted to hit today going into the gym. Did side video on all my heavier sets and reviewed it after each set for depth and technique.

work sets 275 x 5, 315 x 5, 325 x 3, 345 x 1, 365 x 1
