Week 1 Day 4 Squat and body says STOP!

Yes today was one of those workouts that tests your patience when it comes to lifting the pig iron. Get to the gym everything is feeling great, do a good warm up and bam once you start squatting it all goes to shit. Sound familiar...
I did manage to work up in weight but the pain just got worse so I pulled the plug on the workout before it pulled it on ME.
The culprit is the adductor magnus on my left leg, the same muscle I partially tore on my right leg squatting almost a year ago. Lucky for me it is just a pulled muscle and it should heal quickly.
